We picked up our shipment in Rotterdam yesterday.
Rather late, but that was mainly due to the holiday season. In fact, the shipment arrived ahead of schedule.
I would like to express my appreciation for the people that do the packaging at Lima Jari because everything survived the transport in good shape. As I have been told, this is by no means always the case.
It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I hope to see you again shortly.

Le container est parti de chez nous, charge a bloc!
Je voulais te dire que ton staff a été vraiment super, sérieux, minutieux et .. tenace.. car ils ne lâchent pas la grappe facilement quand a la fin il y a 2 ou 3 boites qui ne rentrent plus dans le container.. Tout juste s ils ne poussent pas les parois..

Como todos los años he recibido los contenedores en la fecha indicada y sin ningún problema.
Ya estoy acostumbrado a ello, pero siempre es agradable recibir la mercancía en perfecto estado tanto en el parking como en la forma de cargarlos, pareciendo increíble de como son ustedes capaces de aprovechar hasta el último cm.
Como siempre el trato en las oficinas y en los almacenes es verdaderamente agradable.
